Our Story
Revive was started by an occupational therapist with a passion for assisting injured workers throughout Oklahoma and beyond. Revive has grown from an outpatient occupational therapy clinic to a clinic with the knowledge and experience to offer assistance with the entire workers’ compensation claim’s process. Today Revive occupies a spacious 5000 square foot clinic with individual treatment rooms and a gym with state-of-the-art therapy equipment. The Revive team consists of therapist’s, physician’s, acupuncturists, yoga teacher’s and worker’s compensation specialist’s devoted to assisting injured workers.

Same day physician appointments, therapy services, claims assistance, and functional testing. As well as injury treatment without claim acceptance for the first 90 days
