At your initial appointment, our staff will address all your workers’ compensation questions and concerns.

One of our physician’s will perform a physical evaluation to determine whether you would benefit from therapy, a referral to a specialist, orthotics, splinting or additional diagnostic testing. Revive offer’s functional testing to aid in determining restrictions or adaptations needed to help you safely and effectively perform your job requirements.
